„I greatly appreciate the careful and friendly approach of the technician who came to assess the possibility of installing an antenna for wireless internet connection at my parents' home in retirement age. The technician was willing to consider the possible routing of cables directly in the house. It is nice to encounter such an approach compared to large corporations like O2. Unfortunately, the direct view of the broadcasting antenna is blocked by a tree; otherwise, I would have immediately had the antenna installed!“
